Dear McKelvie Families ~

Remember last week's heat?  Well, one of our 5th grade classes decided to use a homemade air conditioner.  Thanks to Mrs. Opitz and her son, these students enjoyed a little cool air from a Lowes container, ice, and a fan.  Click HERE to check out the device! From The Library
The MIS Library is a great spot to cool off and curl up with a great book! During the summer months comfortable chairs and beanbags were purchased for the MIS Library. We have found that the students love to sit in the new seats/beanbags at all times during the day to relax and read! Here is a picture of a student enjoying the new McKelvie Library seating.  📚  ~Mrs. Cote
