Workload Survey:
If you have not already done so, please take a moment to fill out our weekly workload survey so we can continue to make informed decisions regarding instructional practices, during Remote Learning. Please click here to complete the survey. The survey will close Monday, April 13th at 9:00.
Attendance:
Report cards for Q3 are now available in Powerschool. During Remote Learning students are expected to mark themselves "Present" in the attendance form each day prior to 10:30. With any new process, there are days where your child's attendance may not be captured accurately. Please take a moment to review your child's attendance in Powerschool. If you notice any discrepancies (i.e a child is marked absent but they did participate in remote learning that day) please email McKelvie@sau25.net with any changes that we need to make.
Yearbooks:
Yearbook sales will end on Wednesday, April 15, 2020. If you have not ordered your copy yet, please click HERE for ordering information. The EASIEST way to order is online but in the event you'd like to pay by cash or check, please send your payment in the order envelope that was sent home with your student(s). All checks should be made payable to "McKelvie Intermediate School".
Library News:
Congratulations to our first raffle winner drawn during National School Library Month! Lilly M., from Mrs. Davidson's homeroom, was selected out of the 93 entries submitted. The Great Stone Face title that Lilly selected, via the Google Form entry, will be mailed to her home from one of our local indie bookstores, Bookery Manchester. Happy reading, Lilly!

I know that at this point all library materials are overdue (not the textbooks as we were not scheduled to start collecting these until June 5th). Please do not be concerned about overdue library books as long as you know they are safe and ready to return when we go back! Destination Imagination Fundraiser:
Spring cleaning? Please donate all of your old paired shoes/boots for our annual DI Fundraiser (no cleats or flip flops, please). Please write “Shoe Fundraiser” with a sharpie on the bag or on a tag/piece of paper and tape it to the bag. All clothing can be donated as well—no need to mark. Please do not overfill the bags as the slot cannot take a stuffed bag. BINS are located in all of the schools' parking lots.
